Really chuffed to see a butcher’s appear on our High Street. With a baker, a greengrocer ans now a proper butcher, the High Street is going back to it’s roots – Brilliant!

Shop busy first thing this morning; looking good and very tempting range of meat and deli items. Bought a kilo of mixed sausages and raced home for a “taste test”. Absolutely gorgeous – lean, packed with flavour, well-behaved during cooking, very satisfying. Eaten with a dot of mustard on fresh crusty bread from the bakery nearby. Breakfast doesn’t get much better than this!
