Opening in the time of Corona.
23 Mar 2020
Dear Customers,
In this crazy time, we are so grateful for your continued support. We are lucky to be able to continue to trade and employ our staff. We are very conscious of keeping them and you safe and so we are changing our opening hours and the way we run the shop to enable this.
From Tuesday 24th we will only allow a few people into the shop at a time. You will need to queue outside, at a safe distance from the next person, and wait to be called into the shop.
We are also going cashless.(with a few exceptions)
We will run a limited delivery service for those who need it most. This includes those self isolating, over 70, and high risk groups.
We will continue to take orders for collection by phone. At busy times we may not be able to answer so please call back.
Due to the massive increase in demand, we are having difficulties getting our usual stock so please be prepared to try something new! We will also be rationing certain items.
New opening hours:
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday to Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm
Saturday: 8am to 4.30pm
Sunday: 9am to 1pm
Please be kind to each other and stay at home unless you absolutely have to come out.
If you live in or near Hampton Hill and need help with shopping or collecting prescriptions or just a friendly person to chat to on the phone, please contact Poppy or Georgia. They are coordinating the Hampton Hill volunteers and will organise to get you whatever you need.

Helpful notes re dealing with Corona. Pity I am self isolating with my sister in North Sheen as too far to come for meat and possible delivery as sister is at risk. I actually live in Teddington. Will visit when this is all over.
